Unfinished, but getting there. This shows the tuned, equal length exhaust headers attached to the manifold plate along with carb tubes.

Here you can see the way in which the header tubes have been curved and 'woven about each other' in order to ensure they are all of equal length, they then go into a four into one collector. Everything here is hand fabricated except for the actual bends in the tubes which are created by using 'Mandrel bends', available commercially (e-bay) in 30° 45° 90° and 180°bends, in varying lengths and inside diameters. Terry used stainless steel.

This is the man himself. The carburettors he's fixing to the manifold are SU HS6's. The head is an old unit just being used for supporting the workpiece.
